I currently am experiencing the tip of my penis (around my hole) feeling uncomfortable/burning a little bit. Sometimes I don’t feel anything other times I feel it more so. It’s not unbearable, just uncomfortable.
I have been tested for a urine infecting and STI. Everything clear.
My doctors seem to have no idea on the problem. Has anybody had the same experience and know what the cause might be and how to treat?

That can happen when you're dehydrated and your urine becomes concentrated. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
Hey Jamesmajor, take a trip to the GUM clinic and get a second opinion although Mancut7 has also given you good advice and by the sounds of what you have explained personally I think that you have urethritis (Non STD) Oh, I am not a doctor but have experiences in men/women issues being a charge nurse for many years. hope this helps but please go and get a second opinion.
