Suspecting webbed penis

As I'm going through circumcision nightmare and no one really is there to help, I am trying to figure out what is causing my issue. Post circumcision i have lost 2,36 inches in erect penis. I am still not able to get a full erection, my skin is pulling from the sides, meaning my scrotum and from my pubic area i feel. I am NOT able to see the base of my penis what i have been left with is a tightness and not a real dick. I have always had pretty large balls and lots of excessive skin, which worked fine when i had foreskin, but here is my worry now, when they cut off my foreskin they pulled up the remaining skin (which makes no sense) to form the scarline, that in my logic also means you are pulling up the ball sack which means my dick cannot fully expand. My balls are very lifted compared to before. You can see pick below.

How long have you had the operation?

I ask because initially, I also lost length. I know that feeling of the tightness and skin pulling on all sides for a proper erection but the full erection not happening. Most worrying.

Over the next few months things did return to normal, so hang in there.

12th of november i had circumcision, 6th of december i went for revision surgery and had my frenulum removed so about 5 weeks and 5 days

Way too early mate. Some take many weeks, others, like myself, months to completely heal.

There are many threads on this issue. A tight circumcision is quite likely to pull the skin up-over and cause an apparent loss of length. I say apparent because all your shaft is still there. Things may improve over time so patience is the order of the day.

Everything wasn't discussed with me no, Only side effects like infection, I asked so much, and told him not to take too much off for a full erection.

He doesn't believe i was cut too tight.

I gave consent but not to this??? i was told afterwards it would be back to normal.

Definitely removed way too much. Don't know where you're from but I would try to sue/file a report for insurance claim if possible.
