Circumcision hole?

today was my 18 day after my Circumcision and the day before / yesterday whenn i showered there was some normal oozing like pinkish and i just washed my penis w some warm soapy water like always but today when i woke up i noticed like a hole or a wound not sure? even though there was the same oozing and a tad bit of blood but nothing srs just mixed w the oozing even though there was no pain at all during the night before , and today , no yellow oozing or odor smell , and it was just a little swollen but not noticiable at first glance and just rly worried, evven though some of the other stitches have fallen off.
