Just been told I can leave the hospital at some point today after visiting the emergency admissions ward on Wednesday following a recommendation from a fellow user on this forum to visit after posting a picture. Always felt there was something wrong as my skin surrounding my penis swelled massively with a constant stream of blood oozing out of it for over 24 hours. A painful examination of my penis resulted in me being hooked up to a drip with strong antibiotics and being told I would be staying in hospital overnight, to say my head was in bits is an understatement. Just got out of hospital 3 days later now on oral antibiotics but my penis is still swollen and bleeding. A testing week and a half!

10 days since circumcision - difficult experience so far
Hello, nice to hear that you have been discharged from the hospital and is doing better,I think you had a supermassive immune response to the circumsion, where you taking oral antibiotics initially? Send a picture and we see if it's better!
Thank you once more for the advice to get to hospital, experience has been awful but hopefully I can now start a road to a full recovery. I will still document it here, the forum has been a real help to me so if only 1 bloke is helped by my posts I will be happy.
No I wasn’t, just ibropufren (however you spell it) I will post a pic tomorrow
Ohh sorry bro, that's why you had gotten an infraction, immediately after the procedure, you should take ampiclox untill the wound closes,( about day 12-14)then take daily yourgat to restore your microbiom, with this, the swelling shouldn't have happened at all!!!!!
I was never given anything afterwards
Ohh,,quick recovery research by the world health organisation is being carried out in my country (+256) that's why I know about about fast healing, the policy in country might be different, but just buy yourself ampiclox from local pharmacy and tremadol for the pain, you'll be fine
Good to hear you're home man. hopefully you're on the right side of it now and it will improve from now on.
