Day 24 - Post Circumcision - PPP

Really more just posting to give an update for anyone that might be going the the same timeline as me.

I think things are healing well and I’m starting to like my dick a little more - no longer looks entirely mangled 😬 - especially when I’m erect! Still some swelling - and I still have a lot of annoying stitches! Very slight bleeding sometimes too but nothing crazy! I do have some scar tissue I think that formed in 2 places but I know time w be the healer of those things!

From this pic you can also see I have PPP (pearly penile papules)

They never bothered me before as the foreskin hid it - but now I’m thinking of getting it removed w a co2 treatment probably around 4 weeks from now!

Has anyone else had this and maybe have advice!?

thanks for the reply, I am now on day 18 and I have about 4 stitches left, the bottom right is still a bit swollen and the skin looks like its healing. how long did the swelling last for you?

You can just rub the glans and wont have a problem, im on day 16

24 days seems like a long time to still have stitches. You may want to look into getting them out so that you don't end up with tunnels.

As far as I was told - dissolving!

Some have gone away but the remaining ones are uncomfortable and I’m worried they w leave scars if they don’t dissolve soon! Kinda wanna start putting some bio oil on too as soon as they clear - read on these posts many guys use it!

Is it still sensitive? I'm on day 20 and I get small cuts on penis head whenever I put a gauze over it please helppp

I’m exactly 8 weeks after the surgery now!

I took 2 weeks off from work right after the surgery and I use to lay around naked at home during that time! After that - in week three I wore some light gauze under my clothes!

I didn’t ever get any small cuts - so not sure why u do but I was very sensitive! I still haven’t had sex but I’m jerking off and when things touch the glans of my penis and the scar it’s still sensitive! I’m just trying to push thru that so it gets use to it - it will take time I think! Just hang in there but if ur really worried never a bad idea to see ur doctor

Don’t worry too much about the stitches! A lot of people on here told me it was bad that three weeks in I hadn’t lost all the stitches and I needed to see a doc to removed them! Mine came out by themself around week 4 and even 5

It’s super frustrating but the healing just takes time!

I met up with someone today and finally tried oral sex! To be honest it was too sensitive for me and things had to be done super slow and super gentle! Made me worry a little - I hope I’m time things will get more comfortable! I don’t at all feel ready to stick my dick I’m anyone yet 😩

I used to have PPP and got them removed, in London, a clinic in Wimpole Street as I recall. No hassle, treatment was easy and recovery about a week,

It was just done with a numbing cream and I was conscious and able to watch. Basically the doc burns off the PPP. No pain at all. Recovery about a week or so. Really pleased with the results.

Hey man I’m 17 days post op and am about 5.5” fully erect where as I was about 6.5” fully erect before surgery. Just wondering if you had a similar issue and if size will come back completely. A little anxious about this lol
