I have had some trouble with the night erections.

Some of the stitches have come loose and out.

Little bit of oozing and blod.

I think, there is nothing wrong with your weenie. Your own enzymes will absorb the stitches, not a shower or salt bath. The swelling is a part of the healing process.

No, I mean dont stress that much. It takes time to heal. Sure you can keep dressing overnight. It can help with the swelling and erections.

Yeah the erections are the worst.

My stitches got pretty loose because of them.

Also caused bleeding.

I'll definitely be patient as you said
