Thinking about going kayaking after circumcision

Im thinking to go kayaking this sunday. Im gonna be 11 days post operation. Can i go or should i skip it ?

I’m on day 16 and my experience hasn’t been great after getting an infection. I haven’t really done much.

Depends if you’re back to normal activities or not?

I mean im fine. Im not running yet but i dont got no infection and the pain is mostly gone

I probably would not. I’m sure you still have stitches and scabbing. I still had lymph fluid coming out at that point. There’s a high probability of getting wet there which may affect healing with the dirty water.

Only you know. If you’re comfortable and the wound is sealed (no risk of infection from dirty water) then there’s no reason why not.

So did you end up going and was it painful? I have a school event the day after my circ and I’m wondering how much pain I will be in.

A day after i would definitely not go. You're gonna bleed, its gonna be painful and bloody and uncomfortable. Mine trip was almost 2 weeks after so it all went smoothly. I put on a rubber hand glove on my dick to protect it from river water and it seemed to work fine cuz i didnt catch a infection or anything.

Haha that’s a clever solution. Thanks for the tip. It’s a parents night thing so really just sitting around but am worried about the bleeding. Anyway thanks for the advice I am going to see if I can get out of it or even move my circ up if possible.

For me i was in pain and really uncomfortable for like almost a week. So yea have that in mind. I dont know how its called in english but my doctor gave me paid leave from work for 2 weeks soo i can rest and heal
