Hello, I have bumps growing inside my foreskin they’re clustered together and spaced out in 3 different locations on my penis, they do not hurt or itch they just look bad, does anyone know what this is?

pay a visit to your Doctor, they have seen it all mate, probably Fordyce spots they are harmless. You will be putting your mind at rest.

See you Dr Asap , keep In mind men who are uncircumcised are at a far greater risk of penile cancer , and most cancers don’t present with pain . It’s best to be ahead of what ever it is , when in doubt get checked out . We only have one Willy so take care of him .
