Bumps on side of flaccid penis. Swollen when erect !

I'm post op day 40 . I'm having some swelling on one side. Just two weeks ago everything seemed fine and normal but now I have this swelling and very sensitive to the touch feels like there is a bump. Is anyone else experiencing same, this far into the healing process .

No everything was all good no bumps looked super healed now this ..
