bumps under incision line/ stiches

i’m on day 14 and the bumps came in maybe few days after surgery quite a few around the line. little nervous about them anybody experience this? what do i do

I’m on day 17 and have a couple of them bumps aswell

I’m assuming they will flatten out in the next couple weeks or so but I get where your at

Maybe contact your doctor if your feeling concerned, I’m just waiting out the 4 weeks before I get worried about it

Im 1 month in and most of them smoothed out so yea they do slowly.

Just try to give it maximum rest and i would put a cream that was recommended to me that would enhance the healing process, its usually is used for skin burns. I think it helped too. Ask you doc maybe.

Yes I was circ 3 months ago. I'm all healed now and still have some bumps. If they are what I think u are talking about I have the same on the scar of the incision line. From what dr told me and from what I understand the bumps are from the skin being stitched together tightly (normal). From what I understand it's basically scar tissue (keloid?)and will smooth out in time. But takes a bit longer than just healing from the procedure months to a year? I've also heard that scar sheets and bio oil help speed the time up. Not sure how effective either is tho. Oh and scar sheets and bio oil should ONLY BE APPLIED once incision is fully healed and all stitches have fallen out!!
