Random lump/bump where foreskin / glans meet??

Hi all randomly noticed a white ish / blister type lump on my penis never had it before....When I pull it back theres a lump/ bump cyst type thing... No idea but it's a bit tender to touch.

Just wondering if anyone can please advise what this is?

I got a telephone consult.. Apparently it's jsut a pimple / cyst but it popped last night luckily with my skin pulled back so washed it off.. I can't actually get an appointment for two weeks with my gp... I'm keeping it clean esp after I urinate but a bit concerned obv it's a 3mm ish hole/ open wound where the pimple was.. It doesn't look bad or anything and has stopped hurting all the crap came out.. I mean what do you do with that
