What is this on my penis??

So for the past year I have this white lump right under my penis tip and I'm worried what this might be. It doesn't hurt usually and it doesn't seem to affect me in any way except for the pain when I touch it. My penis is in ok condition and everything but that lump is something that bothers me. I haven't ever had sex with anyone so I don't know how this appeared. I'm gonna post a picture of my penis here and I hope anyone knows what it might be.

It's hard and it is the same size as it was in the beggining

It looks like a sebaceous cyst, to me. Painful when touched, WITHOUT being red, usually turns out to be a sebaceous cyst. Having it for a year?...I've no idea about that, I confess. I've had tender, non-red sebaceous cysts for a few months, now and then, in life, but I don't remember one lasting quite that long. In terms of fear, though, I'd suggest that this is not something you need keep back from your usual GP.

Hi Jeremy, Sorry if this is personal you don’t have to answer. But, do you also suffer with athletes foot? If the foot becomes itchy for example and you scratch it without giving it another thought and then urinate or touch penis, the pours can travel to other parts of our body. As far fetched as that sounds it is fact, so I would recommend seeing a gp. They’re not scary, trust me and they might be able to help you with an ointment.

P.s the reason why this could have stayed with you for such a period of time is due to the warm, moist nature of the area and could be very quick to sort out.
