Hello...its day 4 now after circumcision..I cannot retract foreskin to clean its still swollen and sore and 1 stitch came loose...how do I clean Penis..so that it cannot be infected

it’s only 4 days don’t touch it it probably looks like a dohnut stuck on the end I know mine did just wash it with Luke warm water from shower head but only gently as not to disrupt the stitches and you will be fine that’s what I did and it worked 👍

🤔 something not right you should not have any foreskin when you say rectract foreskin, don’t panic it will heal in about 4 weeks, I’m 4 months post op and I’m still a bit sore.

it depends as the saying goes if your a grower or a shower ? Meaning if your a grower you have to leave enough skin to get a erection if you don’t how can it stretch when you get a erection ?

If you were circumcised you wouldn't have a foreskin to retract

I had the same issue. Being a grower when in flaccid you skin behind the head folds and comes over your forehead a little. When it gets errect it sits behind the head. I like it that ways as it protects the glands as foreskin but is not a foreskin. For I am on day 21. Last staple came out on day 20. If you have a bath tub that’s the easiest way to deal with this. I filled it with warm/hot water and put some table salt to it . Sat in it for 15 mins or so and in the water tried to pile the skin a little back as much as I could and was bearable. I could see the dead skin and while elements come out in the water. That’s I did everyday. After the last staple came out I am able to apply cream which doctor had given as he said I got a fungal infection which is a little bump before the head. And said will go off in 3-4 days if I apply cream regularly.

just an update. After the stitches went off and for applying cream i pulled the rolled skin back the head and applied cream and kept it that way lol. The swelling went a little down in the infection but now can’t push the skin back on the gland lol
