Remember the keratinisation and loss of sensation a lot of men report here. You lose sensation with age. Don't do something you regret in years to come just for looks. How often are you showing it off anyway?

Best method: is to book an appointment at a circ clinic and talk over what style you want with them. The method is very often 'freehand' in UK for adults done under a local, least that's how I had mine done.
