Phimosis since birth (possibly) but no changes

From what how ever long I can remember I have had phimosis, Although it shows no symptoms of pain or issues with urination etc,

I still express concern as it hasn't loosened that much in the pass 4 or so years, I would discuss this issue with a doctor but discussing it is difficult enough. And most kits or creams are expensive in my area.

All answers highly appreciated, I don't mind if the issue takes short or long term to fix as long as it is fixed

Regular stretching can help but it does take time. If it not causing you any issues do not worry about it, but if you feel it is becoming tighter then go see your Doc'.

I agree with you. Regular stretching works. I had a severe case of phimosis when I was kid. When I was 12y/o my mother explained to me that the doctor would have to "snip the tip" of my foreskin. Sounded painful and I objected. She continued that it would be just the wrinkly puce color skin at the tip that the doctor needed to cut off. Then my foreskin would retract such that my glans would be exposed. I didn't like the thought of a pair of scissors cutting across my penis. After further discussion I reluctantly agreed and she called the doctor's office and made an appointment. A week later I was on the exam table on my back with the doctor trying to pull my foreskin back. The doctor commented to my mother that he could try a stretching procedure. If that didn't work we could come back in a couple of weeks and he would remove my foreskin. The doctor injected several pin pricks of anesthesia into my penis and foreskin. After my penis and foreskin was numb he inserted a hemostat into the tip and opened the hemostat. The doctor did this several times until he could fully retract my foreskin. There was some bleeding. After the procedure was completed he sent us home with the instructions that my foreskin was to be pulled back completely twice daily. If my phimosis came back I was to return to have my foreskin circumcised.
