Hi mate ! Actually we can't diagnose anything for you and only a doc can . I would say from the pic that it doesn't actually look like it is too tight and even if it is , it does seem to be very mild. Would suggest you to get an opinion from a doc and I guess you might be advised to use steroid ointments by him to loosen the foreskin up over time . Also , since it is your first few times retracting , it might seem tighter than usual since the foreskin hasnt had the opportunity to stretch over the engorged glans fully till recently . Do keep slowly retracting but do not over stretch and definitely stop if even the slightest of pain occurs . This stretching process can be aided by the ointment that a doc can orescribe for you .
One other thing , if you have pain near the frenulum it might be a short frenulum whereas if you feel like a constrictive band like pain around the foreskin it might be a mild case of phimosis. Don't over do anything as in some cases retracting completely behind the glans may end up precipitating a paraphimosis episode. Ideally , retraction of foreskin should be painless and comfortable once it sits behind the head/ glans. Cheers !
Best course of action would be to meet a doc . I feel steroid ointments may do the trick for you since you are already able to retract to a large extent over the glans. All the best !
If it returns to covered position, it's nothing for serious concern. Just start stretching the opening with your fingers, and continue regular and frequent retraction. Retracting to pee will help.
this is not phimosis, which is a distinct medical condition versus having a tight foreskin. all foreskins are tight to be begin with and stretch over time as you manipulate and masturbate and engage in sex.
Mine looked like that at first. At age 12 my mother took me to the doctor to have my foreskin circumcised. The doctor did a "Dilation Procedure" and told me to practice retracting my foreskin twice daily. I did it at least 3 times daily to avoid having to go through circumcision. Although still somewhat tight it did loosen. Best to see your doctor.
