Chronic ED and Hard Flaccid Please Help

Been dealing with ED for over a year now. I have been dealing with HF for a while. At first I never knew what HF was, after looking up its symptoms, hard penis when standing, Ed, numbness, I then knew what I have. No doctor has ever heard of this condition. I’ve seen to two urologists in the past, both of which said the symptoms are psychological. I don’t know what to do about this. The erectile dysfunction is so depressing associated with this condition not to mention your penis feeling constricted when standing or sitting. I don’t know what could cause this. Many theories are there point to pelvic floor dysfunction, nerve damage (pudendal nerve), stressed Penile suspensory Ligament etc. I will be seeing a new urologist quite soon. Anyone have a Clue as to what is causing this and anyone got treated successfully. I’m at a lost what to do. When I get an erection only half fills, only gets to semi erect and top part of my penis doesn’t fill. Any ideas

Hi there - sorry to hear about these debilitating and frustrating conditions. Conditions can be rare but hopefully there will be both medical explanations and other cases that have been treated successfully out there. There are outstanding and less outstanding Urologists and indeed Psychologists everywhere - search out the very best! Keep researching ! And above all, don’t give up, you will find a way!

Can u describe in details what is HF, i mean its hard or flaccid, i assume hard and erect are same

I’m having almost the same symptoms! Did you find any relief from anything? Did the doctors give you any sort of diagnostic or procedure to rule things out or fix the root cause?
