Help Regarding My ED and PE.

I'm having ED and PE issues from a year. But not severe. My Penis is not getting fully hard. it's around 70%. And also have premature ejaculation (time: 20sec). And when I do sex, after the first ejaculation it becomes soft. I can't perform 2nd or 3rd time continues. I need to wait around 30 or 45 minutes to restore energy. I have been masturbating from age 13. Now I'm 20. But it's sad. Don't how to recover my sexual health. I tried some exercises like pelvic floor, kegal. But still facing ED and Premature. If anyone knows any medicine or anything another way then plz let me know. I can't visit a urologist co of some locality problems. If there any medicine for long term benefits and recovery please let me know. Fell free to share remedies or medicines, I'll consult the doctor before taking those.

As it is , it's not right to advice any type of medicines over the forum as it many have many side effects and even doctors have to check with the patient and his profile before giving them . So I would not suggest anyone to be even sharing medicine names unless the diagnoses are same and you would like to compare effects or the experience with the medicines that were presxribed by your docs.

But I wanna share my 2 cents worth . Firstly , Yes there are MANY drugs out there for both your problems , don't worry at all.

Secondly , one of the main causes for both would be psychogenic . It could be that you are worrying it's gonna happen or worried it might happen again or be worrying about anything else. So firstly why don't you try calming yourself down and maintaining a slow and calm rhythm. If your sole aim is to orgasm , then by nature you will end fast but if you take it in a slow manner without hurrying, chances are you might last longer. Another technique with the mind would be to try to pause at just before your peak and think about something else . Not only will it make you flaccid , it may slowly get registered by muscle memory and help .

Everyone usually take varied amount of times after the 1st ejaculation. There is no preset time between and it is always ideal to give adequate rest before the next. I wouldn't worry Abt this much.

Either ways give these a try and do not worry too much during the act. If you still have any problem you can visit a gp or sex clinic and you will definitely be prescribed drugs that can help . All the best !

Also do continue the pelvic floor muscles exercises and kegel , they do help out. Also if you are overweight or extra sensitive about your body appearacne or undergoing any psychiatric turmoil like depression or anxiety , this can happen . Do calm yourself and let the experience happen naturally at a slow and steady pace. Hope things work out. All the best !
