Circumcision
your penis needs support and protection. Get it wrapped ina sock or hankie. Wear snug fitting briefs… you can get a bulge enhancer or protector shield.
All this will keep it still and snug.
it’s normal mate. Think I cried one day. 😂 I kept putting loads of Vaseline on the end. Helps it heal quicker aswell
when did the pain go away after 2 weeks?
around 2 weeks yea. It does get better. At the time I regretted it due to the pain. Now I am glad it’s done.
dose the pain go away when the stiches go away? Been crying to pain all day this was the worst one tbh not day one
yes mate. I cut my stitches out as that’s what was causing my pain. It was instant relief
I saw and felt all the stiches leave bro the pain was out of this world. how did you remove them anyways?
small scissors
not the ones on the top you removed tho? Coz those are the most painful
cut them all out. It hurt and bled but was instant relief so worth it
bro can I use vaseline instead of the steroid cream? To heal fast on the bruises and so it doesn't get stuck to my boxers?
My own experience is it takes a lot longer than the 7-10 days they tell you. Everyone is different but it took me 26 days to be comfortable wearing underpants again. I had a salt water bath every day. Reached a real low point, regretting the op, after 3 weeks when I felt it would never heal. But it does, so just stay patient and you will turn the corner.
omg you dont need erections...there are tablets you can take, ask your gp
My Doctor prescribed Diazepam 5mg to be taken before bedtime, but still had 3 or 4 erections during the night. I mentioned this to him and he said to increase to 10mg before sleeping. Check with your doctor. Hope this helps.
We all heal at different rates, but it does get better. The salt baths will help the healing process, keep them short and let your Surgery air dry.
I found tight underwear helped, they kept things still as movement meant pain ! You can take paracetamol and ibuprofen to ease things.
Good luck
Yes, you can use salt but Epsom Salts are better as they tend not to sting. See circinfo.com/post-op_care/c... for medically approved supplementary advice on post-op care.
