Early 20s here. Suffered from serious phimosis (tight foreskin around head). Got circumcised 3 days ago. Healing process of the wound is good but I’m seriously perplexed at the extreme sensitivity of the head and sides to the point where nothing can rub against them in the slightest. Been wearing tight boxers and briefs to keep them secure but it’s quite uncomfortable.
Anybody with similar experience know how long it takes for the sensitivity to at least subdue a bit? what can I do to help it?
Hey mate. Early 20’s here also and was cut about 7-8weeks who. It was very painful and sensitive for me too, I also had phimosis. Vaseline will help over the head with your usual bandages/ gauze pad. Try to keep it up right (towards your belly button) at night to help with swelling. Hope that helps
Hi wash 2 times a day in salt water dry your Willy air dryer is best cover in vasalene then non stick dressing then wrap some toilet tissue round your bell end and keep him upright take paracetamol every 4 hours do not exceed 8 in 1 day the first week is the worst eat healty and drink plenty try ti avoid alcohol it slows recovery iam on day 13 and still doing this but saying that I have 3 blisters and they are very sore your ok with the tight boxers the worst is when he gets hard. It's just a waiting game good luck

Cover it with a gauze as many times you need it in tight briefs .
Take 2000mg of Vitamin C for 2 weeks .
On day 4 start applying a very thin layer of fusidic acid on the area 3 times a day to avoid post circumcision infection , then switch to bio oil rub it good on the area and head 2 times a day for 2 3 months , if possible even more until you see it's fully recovered .
the head is super sensitive after all circumcisions for everyone , the penis is recovering from trauma and the skin is coping with new conditions , totally uncovered .
It will look very dry for a while , the bio oil will help with that.
