2 Yrs Post Circumcision Balanitis Returned

I had a circumcision 2 yrs ago for nonspecific balanitis and irritation. I suffered for 4 yrs prior and visited at least 10-12 doctors (GP, Infectious disease dr, dermatologist, Urologists) and tried many many treatments & creams that didn't help. So i got the surgery and after healing and a few months i was generally ok for the past 2 years. Some irritation here and there after a lot of sex or masturbation but it went away very quickly.

It's been 1 week now that my symptoms have come back and not going away!! has anyone gone through this as well? and what did you do to get better?

Ive had circumcision 6 months ago, it got healed, but after i woke up it's swelling again and reddish, the skin got bigger, what do i do

if you are healthy and a bit over weight or padded you can try losing weight..also eating right helps sometimes so try eating green and clean food ..don’t use soap or any cleansing agent just use water or saline water when you clean the general area as it helps killing any bacteria or infections ..I would suggest washing the head of penis everyday while taking a bath.
