Foreskin shrinking

My foreskin is showing sings of getting shorter the past few months to the point that when flavor only half of my glans is covered. This has resulted in a red friction spot on the upper Parr of my glans caused by rubbing on my clothing. Any suggestions on what is going on and how to correct this?

Tighter underwear? That might reduce movement of your glans. Maybe use some moisturiser too. It might be worth getting your doctor to review the red spot.

Unusual story - maybe your penis is going thru a second puberty lol.

I'm not sure why that is the case. After I got cut, i started wearing tighter trunks. That helped with rubbing.

You can lengthen it by using same exercises used for foreskin restoration. Norm.org has links tu various sites where you can learn about them.

Coconut or bio oil would work to reduce discomfort, but keep in mind that the foreskin can change length with age - nothing to be concerned about. The suggestion provided by "jimfromcalif" will certainly work if a longer foreskin length is desired.

Get a bottle of EMU OIL and massage it into your hood and perform manual 4skin restoration methods, also I have found that after I had outgrown my first method, the DTR is a really good gadget to apply constant tension with a "floating plunger" to instigate additional cell creation to relieve that tension. But manual methos since you are intact might be the best, as you watch TV or an hour a night doing the stretching would probably loosen the hood for the years of not being emolliated. Emu Oil is a wonderful oil and can be bought on Amazon at a good price,....., a little goes a very long way. it is also good for exposed areas in winter- it is oil base so it will not promote frost bite like water and alcohol bases moisturizer.

here are the best methods manually, #7 is probably the best if you have 4skin and with the healing attributes of EMO, if you were to do this one only as many times a day that you can for like 10 minutes each time- you will see a pretty big change in just a month. It all depends on your amount of tension, and the consistency in which a Male does it. My 4skin is 10 years old and it will "sinch" up but that is not losing the skin, it just folds up into itself so I have been doing #7 like religion every day in the morning in a hot shower and right before bed for about 30 minutes and it keeps my hood full on length and girth since restored skin does not have the "blueprint" od the original skin, you have to help it lay normally and #7 does that perfectly. pages.suddenlink.net/manual...

may I suggest a trumpet mouthpiece and tape; wear all day and you can pee through it. Cheap and effective
