hi i seem to have a bit of a problem, basically my foreskin has always been tight sex has always been quite uncomfortable ive had to do it slow/ carefully...

basically two years ago it got really bad i got balanitis/ it got super inflamed no idea if thats made it worse but i recall when flaccid i managed to pull it back and it looked okay ish...

however now i pulled it back and oh man, it looks fkin horrid!! so it looks like parts of the penis foreskin have fused to the glans??

my doctor originally prescribed fucidin but erm i think its beyond that at the moment,

could anyone give any advice? is it worth just widening the foreskin a bit and using it as it is if i can or getting cut?

I had the same issue and the only solution for me was circumcision, had years of creams, being told by a doctor that I washed the area too much etc, saw dermatologists and eventually a urologist that told me straight away what the solution was and that was circumcision, because of the skin fusing to the gland the recovery time was about 6 weeks but well worth it in the end

You were treating for a bacterial infection while the symptoms point to yeast infection. Over the counter Clotrimazole is worth a shot. Apply twice daily for two weeks. Avoid using soap to clean inside the foreskin. When the infection is gone, simple stretching will loosen the tightness. Try to save your foreskin. If you engage in intercourse, wear a condom.
