Please consult with a medical professional for an evaluation for a definitive prognosis. In regards to you friend, if he's willing to cause you permanent injury, I would seriously reevaluate his friendship. Seems like this individual has uncontrollable rage issues and should be avoided.

you gonna be fine i was hit in the nuts with a piece of wood with full force and iwas in pain for 3 months i could barerly walk but now i'm ok it just takes time for the nuts to heal
