Hello, I am a 23 years old brazilian that after I discovered my mother's family were Jewish (there in Portugal they maintain the traditions) before coming to brazil in 1920 we were raised without religion and after years of depression I searched for my family's history and I was delighted with joy finding myself, I don't know why, I tried to rationalize it and put into words but I can't, I just feel like I finally belong somewhere.
Since last year I did searched for styles of circumcision for cosmetic purposes, I do penis enlargement exercises since I am 19 and now I have a penis measuring erect bone pressed 20,3x14,8cm non bone pressed is 18,5x14,8cm. I like to think I am a grower because my flaccid penis somewhere between nbpel 11 and 13cm, but on some days I can read on the tape 14~15cm flaccid length. The first thought I had was to have a high and tight circumcision, but I think you guys are the ones who have the knowledge here and please give your opinions.
I think I have a lot of skin because those exercises stretched it to a point I never had before that is foreskin covering my glans while erected and at the base and shaft I gained skin through pumping. Those are the reasons I think I may have the high and tight circumcision.
other than your wishes for the type of circumcision, it’s the most important that the right amount of skin will be removed and that the style also suits
No rabino asked me to do it, I am doing first because my father (which is Christian did it) grandfather (jew) greatgrandfather and so on did it. Adding all this for cosmetic reasons, I just prefer the cut appearance.
Since you appear not to have a current medical problem requiring circumcision, it will be regarded as purely elective. Whether for cosmetic, prophylactic or religious reasons an elective circumcision is best done in a specialist circumcision clinic if you can find one, rather than a hospital (which is geared to treating actual current problems). A clinic will be better able to accept that there is a cosmetic/aesthetic aspect to any elective adult circumcision and adjust their methods accordingly.
There is no 'best' style as one style doesn't suit all. From what you have written, it would seem that you are a 'grower' (erect length much greater than flaccid) and therefore you cannot have a result which is tight when flaccid - but can have it tight when erect. A properly experienced circumcision doctor will be able to deal with this properly.
People have personal preferences as to 'high' or 'low' and only YOU can decide which you prefer. (For myself it's low).
A properly done circumcision should take out the redundant frenulum automatically (unless the patient specifically wants it left), but you need to tell the surgeon what you want in this respect.
Having a high cut utilizes the inner foreskin for optimal erogenous sensitivity. I have a high and tight cut and it’s too tight and I’m a grower too. But you might give a look at high and loose cuts which would still have optimal inner skin sensitivity but enough skin for your penis during erections circlist.com/styles/page1.html
Consider that if you are doing PE exercises, you are constantly pulling and stretching the shaft. As a consequence, you are constantly lengthening the skin tissue. You may end up back to square one after some time.
I think it is not worth the procedure given your situation.
That was when some rabbis decided they didn't want Jewish men being able to pass themselves off as gentile (ie not Jewish), so they changed the style of circumcision from "brit milah", where only the overhang was cut off the baby's penis, to "brit periah", which removed most or all of the foreskin.
The terms "high cut" and "low cut" can mean opposite things to different people btw. The usual form of Jewish circumcision these days removes a lot more tissue than the historical form though.
Speaking from personal experience, don't have it done too tight. When you masturbate it's nice to have a small amount of loose skin. If skin is too tight being fully erect can cause some discomfort and it will be necessary to always use lube.
