Morning green/yellow Penis discharge - Thrush?

For a while now I have had consistently green-ish discharge in the mornings? Then during the day cold wet tip of penis with some white discharge. Don’t believe it’s sexual as had same partner for years and she’s clean. No itching, burning or anything but maybe thinking it’s thrush? Maybe 'some slight' itching rarely between legs at between genitals and leg.

If I bath early in the evening the night before, it isn't there as much the next morning, so it's something building up under my foreskin I guess.In the day, it builds up and I get a 'cold tip' of penis some days, some discharge (white in the day), but doesn't really have a smell or potent odour.

I guess you could say I have Phimosis as always had a tight foreskin but always got by, and no problems with sex or masturbation.

Took a single tablet of Fluconazole 150mg a few months back and that did nothing really. Also GP gave Doxycycline 100mg which GP have for a condition as was taking small steroid so thought it could be linked but discharge still hereIt does seem to just build up over time after a bath etc I seem clean and keeps it away for a while

Does anyone know what this sounds like? Is there anything I could take at home to remedy this? tried taking Apple Cider Vinegar, and Canesten cream, but can't really get to the base head of penis due to foreskin.

It's just annoying now as I feel it in the day, and at night, waking up, it just builds up

It could be a number of things but you need to also rule out a number of things I would get a urine sample from your gp and get it tested it could be a urine infection or a yeast infection.

I don’t know your age but it’s possible it could also be prostate related.

I would also get a sti/std test to rule that out it’s called gum clinic if your in the uk and it’s walk in no appointment needed.

Self medicating at home isn’t going to work and if nothing comes back I would ask your gp to refer you to a urologist.
