Hey Im 17 and ive just found a soft spot on the tip of my penis and never realised it was there until a few days ago its preventing me from pulling my foreskin back as it is connected with some tissue and is blocking my hole on the top spliting my urine when i urinate. Ive looked at alot of websites to see what it was but couldnt find a good answer can somone help?

Hi mate, I don’t know if you’re referring to your frenulum but i assume not so i’m not quite sure... did you experience issues pulling your foreskin back before you discovered this?

Hey im pretty sure its not my frenulum but because the bump is on top of my urethral orfice and seems to be almost blocking it

Hi, it's hard to tell without a photo it could be STI have you been sexually active? it sounds like it is in a sensitive area maybe it is a blister?

no im still a virgin sadly and no i havent been sexually active at all except for masterbation i have never done anything else

Maybe you should have it checked with your GP it sounds like some kind of inflammation.

you could always retract your foreskin and wash underneath no problem. and you don't have any discoloration of your foreskin or glans

No discolouration but the bump is pretty big at least i think because its around 3mm in length and seems to be coming out of the opening

Is it painful any discharge or soreness and it's coming out of your meatus where you pee from. And you can retract your foreskin fully to reveal your glans completely. I think you need to have a check with your doctor don't be embarrassed or anything like that, they see this kind of thing everyday you could have an infection it would need to be diagnosed properly.

Not painful but my urine does fan out at a high pressure because the opening is really small now but if i try to like touch it it feels sticky and painful if i push it too far
