I am still getting tears, I had surgery done 4 years ago, what are my options

Sorry to hear that and thank you for posting.

I would argue that if enough shaft skin is available, you can just manually stretch it without putting stress on the scar. Do that every day for 3 months it will become loose and the scar can heal without tearing.

Stretching may be an option. Has OP consulted a doctor or a urologist about options in his case?

Hi buddy,

Kronner has given you good advice, and to add to the suggestion, why don't you use Vaseline for those 3 months and see what happens, I say Vaseline is the best for everything with no smells or perfumes in it, I can't see this failing, however if it does, please go back and see your GP or a different GP within your practice, as it should have well healed by now, hope this helps and good luck

You didn't mention where the tears are occurring. Frenulum, inner foreskin, shaft skin , incision scar or somewhere else?

On the shaft my skin still cover my head, it doesn't look like I had a circumsion.

Then the tears occur where your skin is thinnest...inner foreskin? You might ask your urologist if you need to have a revision to remove the skin that keeps on tearing.
