Narrowing of meatus post circumcision

Hi everyone, I'm 4.5 weeks post circumcision and majority of the pain has gone, although the gland is still sensitive.

I have noticed for the past week or so that I don't feel my bladder is completely empty after I urinate, and at the back of the uretha I feel a strange feeling. Almost a pain but not really.

I'm wondering is this has anything to do with my meatus potentially being narrower than before. I can urinate in a straight line compared to before so I didn't think it was that, but now I'm not sure. Should I follow up with a GP or the urologist?
