Circumcision stitch coming loose

I'm on day 12 post op and this morning I noticed a bit of stitching has started coming off and it has caused some minor bleeding to occur, is this normal? I've also had nighttime erections cause bleeding in the area of that stitch as well as in the frenulum area for a few days now

Stitches could loosen on second week already. The issue is that dissolvable stitches can loosen too early if the wound is not healed yet. Minor bleeding is normal. You can support the incision site i.e. with strips of surgical skin tape.
