Circumcision stitches.

I did the stupid thing of attempting to gently masturbate after 10 days of my circumcision. The incision line now feels ever so slightly different. How would I know if I fucked up the stitches. Any help is greatly appreciated thanks

If you're at all worried contact the hospital/doctor where you had it done. If you're not bleeding then the stitches are holding. You've probably just irritated the incision line and caused swelling which will take a couple of days to settle down. I know it's difficult to leave it alone - I'm over 50 and should know better and started experimenting getting deliberate erections after two weeks but each time I got some redness and swelling. You really need to hold off for the 4-6 weeks recommended otherwise it will take longer to heal.

There was the smallest amount of bleeding so I'm gonna assume I'm fine. Know not to make that mistake again though!!

There’s a reason the doctors say don’t touch it until after 6 weeks post op..a bit of self control will prevent lots of painful problems and damage.Good luck👍

Yeah I had the same issue after about 7 days I think. First bath and the missus came in to take recovery photos for the blog and she casually asked "So, what does it look like hard then" and up it went and blood started oozing from a stitch 😂. The thing is the dissolving stitches have got a little bit of stretch in them and if you go beyond that all they'll do is dig into the skin and cause a little bleeding, they're not going to come undone.

Definitely leave it alone if you can, what will probably happen is nature will take its course and you'll have a wet dream. Week three I had seriously aching balls from all the unused erections - I was getting 6-10 a night in week 1 which kept waking me up. Fortunately now I've got no pain from erections at all but I'm still not masturbating cos I don't want a set back in my healing.

If your testicles are aching because you have had spontaneous erections I would see a doctor.

Just blue balls, went away with a wet dream. I've had them before when abstaining from ejaculation.

Blue balls describes a colour change and not pain. Semen that is not used is simply reabsorbed into the body.
