Any techniques to make inner foreskin less sensitive?

Hi guys, does anyone know any techniques or methods in order to help fasten the process of desensitising the inner foreskin and/or the head.

Is this following a circumcision? Or just in general? After my circ I found the best way to do it was to almost ignore it and get on with it. It's got to come into contact with clothing and you've got to get used to handling it yourself. That's probably the best option - just start touching it. It will be difficult at first but often the anticipation of the pain is worse than the pain itself. If it's really a big problem you can get local anaesthetic creams - check with a pharmacist what the best option is.

It is following a circumsision yes, however I’m 11 months post op, and it’s okay with day to day contact but there’s still times where I’m like oh damn that doesn’t feel good
