2 months after my circumcision there is still a lot of swelling i am worried if this is keloid, the swelling has gotten little better but its still a lot, upon mastrubation it becomes bigger. When it's erect swelling goes away.
Should i contact my doctor or it's normal for this to happen?

Mine has looked similar and my dr says it will take 4-6 months sometimes for it to go away. I read others struggling with this and tried two things that reduced it right away. 1.) wrap Mostly Only the swollen area with gauze so it keeps pressure on the swelling 2.) wear tight underwear and face the penis up as this will allow gravity to pull out the swelling “juice”. I notice a difference in a right away within a day. I think leaving the swollen skin exposed to more rubbing and pulling only delays the reduction of it. Try it out and let us know if it works.
Yes I noticed the same thing. Gotta chill out lol. It’s not easy but maybe try using a massager but be gentle, this may help so you are not tugging on the wounds. I’m still struggling with sensitivity. It’s gotten better but it’s a slow process for me.
The swelling from my circumcision in October 2019 took about 4 or 5 months to completely go away. My doctor recommended I wrap the penis with a compression wrap; same as you would use on a swollen ankle joint. It helped to cut the elastic wrap in half so it’s not so wide. My doctor said to wear it at night time and remove in the morning. Give it a try during the day when you can monitor how it looks and feel.. Don’t wrap too tightly. It should not hurt or cut off blood supply. Wrap only firmly enough to move the fluid in your penis away from the tip and toward the base of your penis where it can be absorbed by body. It takes time. Eventually, I stopped doing the wraps and the remaining swelling was at point where I wasn’t so concerned anymore and time/healing took care of the rest of it.
