Depressed scar from friction burn on penis

Hi guys,

About four weeks ago I got a bad case of friction burn in the middle of my penis, which got infected. After taking antibiotics for a number of weeks the wound has healed but it has left a depressed scar about half the size of my thumb and I can't find any good advice anywhere on how to treat a depressed scar in this area. It's causing me a lot of mental distress and because of covid my GP is refusing to speak to me about it for some time because he's only dealing with medical emergencies.

Any help on how to treat a depressed scar in this area would be really appreciated, thanks

It must have been some infection to need a number of weeks of antibiotics. So now you have no infection and a scar. You are certainly in a better place without the infection which could have caused generalised sepsis - not good. Did you get the lesion from mapsturbatiin or from sex with someone else. If the latter it might be as well to have an STI test.

You can try massaging the scar with something like bio oil to fade it but if you have list tissue it is likely to be lost for ever.
