Hi for almost 40 yrs I’ve been living with the fear I caught an sti from giving oral sex to another boy. I’ve had numerous sti tests but all been negative. What else can b causing symptoms I’m having. Redness around urethra opening red hot scrotum lump on left testicle when younger I did have discharge and burning when peeing

Giving oral sex can't transmit an sti to your penis, it even is a very safe practice regarding hiv. What you're experiencing is definitely not related to that, and the receptors' gender is even less relevant.

No each time I’ve been tested it’s been for gonahorea (if correct spelling) even had scope done urethra thinking maybe it’s time I asked too see a urologist maybe they can put my mind too rest
