Circumcision 7 days ago, 4 of my stitches came out today while cleaning and dressing.

24y So, I had circumcision 7 days ago, have been cleaning with betadiene 5% with water using sterile gauge ---drying---applying neosporin ointment and dressing again using sterile gauge everyday. I clean below the glans above the stitches and below the stitches covering the shaft. I still have 40% of the swelling left. Today as I opened my dressing 2 of the stitches were already out and on cleaning one more came out. I'm worried as it may worse healing, no bleeding or pain near where stitches came out, though it doesn't look clean. Any suggestions???

If you had dissolvable sutures then it could just be the external ends of the sutures. Has you wound opened up?

Entire knot came out, it does have some ends, but it is not bleeding nor is it painful

Sounds as if all is well but if you are worried, consult a doctor.
