Lump after circumcision(update)

I just followed the directions from the dr. keep it clean and dry after a shower and using #1, take showers everyday(i used bar soaps), and I used a crap load of neosporin(generic-triple ointment).

Apply Neosporin ointment to the incision/wound area 3. Apply a thin layer of vaseline to a gauze and wrap around the penis.

Yellowish dry skin peeling off the penis head after circumcision

Circumcision 7 days ago, 4 of my stitches came out today while cleaning and dressing.

24y So, I had circumcision 7 days ago, have been cleaning with betadiene 5% with water using sterile gauge ---drying---applying neosporin ointment and dressing again using sterile gauge everyday. I clean below the glans above the stitches and below the stitches covering the shaft.

Antibacterial Ointment?

Is it ok to use antibacterial ointment, such as Neosporin or Bacitracin Zinc, for more than a week? And should I keep using it or no?

Antibiotic ointment use after circumcision

The ointment labeling itself (Neosporin) says to consult Dr. if need to use longer than 7 days. I'm just wondering what's the typical duration of use of such ointment after the operation. Or should it be used like on first 2 days and only "as needed" thereafter, etc.?

Should I pull down penile skin to reveal circumcision stitches when cleaning?

So I was wondering when showering, whether I should tug/pull down the skin to reveal the stitches to wash & also in same way apply antibiotic ointment like Neosporin. Or whether I should leave it as is. I don't want to prematurely tug at the skin & stitches in case of issues.

I use neosporin ointment 3 times a day to avoid infection from scratching. I see a psychologist for severe depression, but I can't take it anymore. I want to live more than anything, but I no longer want to live like this. HELP!!!! Pretty please.
