Hello friends hope you all doing good, It is about two weeks from date of circumcision. I have further doubts to clear. I got circumcised via laser treatment and doctor advised to clean it everyday with any soap. I followed it for a week and it is not complainable since then but when I got morning erections my stitches get removed before healing and cause a gap between skin tissues and I got bleeded then infected.
Then I reach my healthcare professional and informed him. He gave me antibiotics and mupirocin 2% ointment. He advised me to apply that ointment in circumcised wound and clean it with soap everyday.
The problem is circumcised wound is coated with thick yellowish layer and I can't remove it while cleaning it is much thicker. If I force it remove by rubbing it bleeds.
Whenever I try to clean wound it ends up in bleeding and my penis is looks like hell swelled, infected, bleed and it's such a mess.
Help me guys with this.
Note: I tried soaking my penis in warm soft water also.

Your doc should have prescribed you antibiotics for 5 days post op and should have mentioned to keep applying mupirocin ointment.
The infection you suffering right now is sometimes due to water/urine in open wound. My doc told me to not to let the bandage/gauze wet for atleast 2-5 days. Full bath can be taken after 5 days only.
What you can do now is let your infection heal and avoid your piss to drop on it. Do not rub, just let the water flow or dip your penis in luke warm water for few mins then dab dry. You can also use neosporin powder to keep it dry and get rid of moisture/sweat
Keep applying ointment and change gauze if it gets wet while urinating. Take prescribed antibiotics on time and don't skip the dose.
Do not peel the yellow part, it is either lymph or infected puss. You can identify this by smelling. If it smells, its infection else its lymph.
For reducing selling, keep it upright and don't let it hang.
