After more than 2 and a half months of being circumcised (May, 14, 2021), I have a lump of skin surrounding the incision area just below the glans penis , I read online that this is called lymphatic fluid, but in my case it is still very inflamed and it does not seem to change ... How long can this lasts? How common is it? Would I need another Intervention? I'm 18 by de way.

Info: Swelling after more than 2 months of Circumcision
Wow,thats quite a a long time for that swelling but I hear it could take months,I'm only on day 12 and was wondering about that swollen ring
2 months and still have swelling ring. Greater on the left and area where frenulum was removed
If it is worrying you, why nit get examined by a doctor. That way you can get your questions answered.
I went. They told me it can take months, and that 2 months it's still early to decide.
Always good to get that wise advice from your doc.
Is it red or tender to touch? Also is it difficult to pee. Anyways 2 months is a long time. Are your stitches gone or still there? Did you have any local pus, fever or pain in lower abdomen? Lymph helps dissolve the stitches. Fever would suggest infection so does tenderness i.e painful on touch. If yes then I would suggest you meet the PHP
I met him. Said 2 months its still early to decide. He said that probably in 6 months it will be gone.
Lymph helps it to heal, it will be discomfortable, but I shouldn't be very painful. If it is bothering you too much, maybe take a painkiller before bed.
You read right. 1) consult your doctor/clinic just call them they will help you.
2) use wound healing cream and massage it lightly you can also use silicone oil.
3) wear tight underpants penis pointing up to support fluid movements.
4) if it is inflamed disinfect it regularly and have it checked by an expert.
Thanks for sharing. Im also 2 months in and have the same issue. They also told me to wait 6 months. But really depressed about it. May go get a second opinion.
Hey there. Having the same issue here. Had the surgery early May too. Any updates? Starting to get worried this will be permanent or something...
