Depends on how you were cut. I was cut pretty tight so the best way I found was to hold the scar and to slowly move it up and down when dry. If I want the glans to have pleasure, I'll lube up the glans and just rub it. Just make sure not to masturbate often!

Oh! 3rd week?? Dont worry, in my 3rd week my glans is still super sensitive so, I dont wear any underwear at that time, and in my 5th week, I tried wearing underwear, which helps reduce the sensitivity since its not moving there, so yeah, I recommend wearing tight underwear when the wounds are almost healed!
