First and foremost don’t be in a rush to orgasm. Let the scar heal properly. And avoid causing any trauma to the scar as it’s healing. It may look healed in the outside but it’s probably still healing on the inside.

Second don’t yank the shaft skin. It will hurt the incision scar and over long run it ruin the tightness.

I'm also 5 weeks post surgery. I found masturbating afterwards pretty self explanatory. Just put some lube on it and jack off, haha. Hi, it depends how tight the circumcision is, mine does not have much movement so I rub just behind the glans. I do not need any lube this way. The other option is to rub the glans but ideally this needs lube. Suggest you try lots of ways to see which suits you best. All the best.

I’m not sure masturbating the way you used to with foreskin would be appropriate or pleasurable when you have non anymore.
