My incision wound is leaking of yellow fluid

I had circumcision 6 days ago, but my penis is all swollen and sore.

My wound is leaking of a yellow fluid that becomes a hard coating a while later, and whenever i get erect the wound bleeds alittle and I havent cleaned my incision as I'm afraid to open the wound.

any advice for me please?

It’s totally normal , I’m on 6th day as well , the yellow scab/ coating thing on the incision is part of healing. You shouldn’t try washing it off , it’ll come off later when u heal up

The yellow scab for me is kinda gone now , it just goes away eventually, just wash ur penis like pour some water over it and let it dry out or blow dry

It’s lymph very common after such surgery. You’ve got this man just keep the penis clean and dry very important

i just can't.even when my cloth touches my penis it pains me alot

Sensitivity issue here my friend it will get better. Allow the shower water to run down your body preferably if you can sim the shower head above the penis and allow constant flow of warm clean water then use jug fulls of warm salt water etc then get out dry yourself with a hair dryer but possibly use a soft clean cotton towel and let it lightly touch your glans this will help break the sensitivity barrier you are facing when you are fully healed enough to wear underwear the cotton underwear will rub and help also break the barrier. If it’s really bad and jncomfyobwear clothing at this time please use bandages and gauzes with Vaseline on the incision area and glans and frenulum if you had it cut.

I have the same problems as yours and I just basically pour some water over my penis morning and night. I use a cotton pad to Dry my penis , it doesn’t dry all the way but I don’t even wear pants at home now so I let it air dry. Apply Vaseline over the glans and wound and it’ll feel better.

Same happening to me,5th day after circumcision...it become wet when i urinate,and hard after some tym..in the frenulum region,...did you get over it ...how long it'll take?pls any suggestions
