No swelling,no pain, and almost at 0 discomfort now. My question is why do i have a bit of some yellow liquid at a part of my wound. Another question i have is that 2days ago i put some hydrogen peroxide there and i think i did a very bad thing because for the last 2 days my wound tends to burn a little when i do saltwater baths. As for recovery ive been good healthy and pain free during all day. Please help me. I also have some red spots on my penis head. Please i need some answers.

My doctor’s post operative care instructions say do not use hydrogen peroxide on the wound as it can harm the sensitive cells that are trying to heal and can prolong recovery. That being said, if you used it you will probably be OK but it may have aggravated the wound unnecessarily. I would apply Vaseline to the scabs you have and the head to protect things while they are at their most tender state right now.
Those red spots are on your inner foreskin as well. I would get that checked ASAP.
Have you been using soap? You should never, ever use soap. It could have caused that rash.
I called my doctor. Ill meet him for a check up in 2 days. But he said the red spots are rashes from the sensitivity on those areas since i had phimosis and the area had been uncovered for 2 years.
He told me its overdryed and gave me a natural-bio oil for moisturizing it. He said its really dry because it had been a long time since the head was exposed.
Tbh i did a loose cut because i had phimosis, however my doctor told me at week 4 it will almost look like a normal circumcised penis after erect. I left my frenulum because i did not want any swelling and i have got 0 swelling from day 1 to this day.
Hi! Im almost at 1 month and doing well. All stitches fallen and just a super small swelling happening. The only thing im concerned is that im actually feeling a bit itchy thera dn i dont know why. No signs of infection what so ever. Before i didnt feel itchy and now i do.
