The penis head is hypersensitive and so are the wounds, the right part got healed but the incisions on left look very red, it discharges white pus and is extremely painful, moreover I am unable to pull the skin back as it seem to be stuck behind head, there's swelling too.
There's a thick white layer formed on the incision made and it's very painful.
The wounds are wet most of the time.
I change the dressing atleast 4 times a day after cleaning the wound with betadine but nothing is helping out my doctor said everything will be healed in 2 weeks.
I'm unable to keep the wounds open to air due to its hypersensitivity.
The urine flow is not straight either and always makes the bandage wet if not the bottom head of the penis is definitely wet
Please help and share suggestions on how to take care of it.

I would say the wounds are a little more moist and it is completely due to the oozing of puss. I am more concerned about the thick white layer on the incision, I thought it's smegma and tried cleaning it with betadine wipes but no, it's a part of the incision on the wound.
The right side is completely healed and it was always been hiding behind the head(never exposed)
The left side and the bottom head of frenulum is swollen and the while thick layer is visible, always exposed.
Is that a normal process of healing?
Thanks for clarifying about betadine, what else should I be applying for faster healing if not betadine?
I don’t know how much help this is to you but I somewhat have the same thing. However, white/yellow liquid was discharging from my urethra and dried on my glans, I find it has slowed down and the drier pus is starting to go away (on day 12) now. I didn’t have any pics or discharge from the actual incisions but I have a lot of scabbing. I know this doesn’t probably help you very much but just wanted to show you that I was somewhat have your problem as well.
At your stage you should not really be getting a pus discharge. I think you should consider seeing your doctor or having a review with your surgeon.
