Your wound will now heal by secondary intention (healing). It is slower process than primary intention. I had open wound too and it took 25 days to heal.

Sorry, but I'm not sure if I understand you correctly. Is it 11th day post operation? Healing will normally take 6-8 weeks. You are just beginning of your journey now. Swelling is normal after circumcision. Normally it lays between incision line and penis head (glans).

Yes, boiled lukewarm water with table salt is good option if tap water is polluted. Just bath your penis on tea mug or use shower instead of bath tub until there is no open wound anymore.

Did you read and translate the articles I showed you earlier? Every time you bath wound temperature falls below 33 °C. It's not good for healing process. So once a day is enough if there is no much discharge on wound.

Healing is a process. There are no clear time stamps to tell you. I'm not a god or oracle. I don't believe any of those creatures. That's why I can say: No one can tell for sure.
Hi Man, yes you wound will heal by secondary wound healing. it will be slower but don't worry just keep everything very clean. gently washing with some salted water and keeping the wound dressed.

It's normal to have some swelling around the frenulum especially.
Just a small amount of table salt 1 teaspoon in a small bowl of lukewarm water it should taste the same as see water and gently wash.

It helps with wound healing it's a natural disinfectant it's important to keep clean but do as you doctor says. Your wound will take time to heal by secondary intention we are all different and heal at different speed but it will in time.

No the doctors don't restitch it it will heal in time just a bit slower. No my circumcision healed quite quickly some of my stitches came out after a week but it healed up fine. So don't worry follow your doctor's advice and you should be fine.

If your stiches are broken, don't use salt water as it can cause discomfort. Instead clean your penis manually with a gauge and put a bandage around it . Do not touch or open it for 2-3 days so that by secondary healing it acquires some strength. Just leave it alone for few days, everything will be fine.
When we talk about salt baths to wound. That means boiled water with similar amount of table salt like in normal saline infusion at hospital. Saline has 0,9% of NaCl.
We live different places all over the world. Some may have own well at home or just wash himself in a river. Normal tap water is fine too, if there are no amebas and lot of bacteria on it.

Keep taking care of it. It will take awhile. Patience is a virtual. Doctor should've given you a timeline and the dos and donts of what to do. Also you should have a return visit to have them look at it correct?
But doctor said when I go the hospital 2 days before she give me an oinment.
But my frenulum is swollen already
