I got circumcised 6 weeks ago b/c I had phimosis. I still can't wear loose underwear b/c of sensitive the head is. Touching some parts makes me want to scream. I don't think I can ever have sex like this...when does it start getting better?

When does head sensitivity go down after circumcision?
Sadly this varies from man to man so no definite timescale can be given. If things remain unbearable, please see your doctor.
The best way to reduce the sensitivity is to grit your teeth and have it rub on clothing. It's a horrible feeling and extremely uncomfortable but unfortunately you have to do it so it adjusts and becomes less sensitive.
I wore an athletic cup to start feeling comfortable walking around outside my apartment. This way, my penis was not touching anything except for the cup and I was relatively comfortable. Also, wear tight underwear so that your penis does not move much when you are walking. Gradually, your penis will get used to it. I know this sounds difficult but it isn't. Our body has an amazing resilience and you won't even realize how quickly your penis will get used to the new life. I started using athletic cup 10 days after surgery and I stopped using it after 3-4 days as I gradually become more comfortable walking with tight underwear.
the only sensitive part for me is near the pee hole. Was that the same for you? How long did it take for you to not notice the pain and discomfort?
Yes, it was the same for me. It took me about a week to get over the discomfort (I did not really had much pain there). The key is to make sure your penis is comfortable in the underwear (not too tight) but is also not able to move freely (not too loose). It took me some time to realize that I had to man up and go through this process otherwise it may take another month of being afraid to go out / socialize with friends and family. Another thing which helped me was to clearly differentiate between pain and discomfort from sensitivity. Pain is serious and you need to stop doing things which causes it. Discomfort is your new skin getting used to the new environment - you got to keep trying it in a reasonable manner to accelerate the process. I took baby steps - wore a relatively tight underwear and walked for 2-3 minutes. Tried again in one hour and walk for 5 minutes. This way I kept increasing the walk time in my apartment and in 2-3 days I got comfortable with going outside. This will get your penis get used to the sensation.
The more you protect it the longer it will take.......
