Age 30 Frenuloplasty then circumcision few years later

Post circumcision!

So I thought I would share my bit.

I had a tight foreskin always, I could retract to a certain extent but never fully originally when erect. It was ok when flacid but not the same as a non tight foreskin. When I was 24 or 25 cannae remember and had a regular girlfriend for the first time in a long time sometimes the pain was so bad so I saw a urologist who said you can have a circumcision or a frenuloplasty - he said it was up to me but that he did not think the frenuloplasty would do anymore than buy me time. I opted for the frenuloplasty as I was concerned about what I had read and heard re the full job and thought it was worth a shot as I was young and could handle two ops. It worked for sometime but I am not sure when maybe 2 years ago when having regular sex the banding became so bad and quite concerning - it was less painful during an erection but the banding where the foreskin was too long and not where it should have been because of the frenuloplasty was scarring during sex or masturbation and causing balantis xlerosis (not sure how you spell it).

Just had the circumcision last friday which appears to have gone well (at 30). They didn't tell me how bad the bruising was going to be (as I think they used a local block as well as the GA - couldn't feel anything for like 2 days) and I panicked to the max when it sort of all went completely black that evening and called for an ambulance who reassured me it was OK and that I had just had an operation and not to worry (which is kinda hard with your "member" but it did go).

One week on and a lot of the swelling and the bruising is pretty much going. I don't really feel much pain and went back to work etc didn't need the painkillers.

The worst bit though is that right now when I am peeing it feels like a build up of pressure and is SO WEIRD AND HORRENDOUS. I really hope this goes cos it is madness. I have read a few posts that say it is common just after but also some others that say it does not go away.

Anyways that's my bit happy to answer any qs re the frenuloplasty etc but can't rate the difference yet as not healed
