Circumcised - 3 years later some problems

I was circumcised roughly 3 years ago and very happy with it overall. Just a few issues that I’m seeking help about:

The scar - I have 3 very small bumps on one side and 1 bigger bump on the other. Easy to see when not erect, harder to see if erect. Bio oil has reduced the size of them. They increases in size with masturbation or sex and just asking for help on this?

Also I had a darker patch on my gland, almost like a bruise, it has faded over time so not as worried about this.

Any help would be much appreciated

Yeah just that the bruise hasn’t got away, getting better with time though. Not very noticeable when erect.

The bumps are in the incision, from what I remember they are in the places I have to get some stitches pulled out

Yeah I’ve been using bio oil and some other cream (more recently) Think I’ll get some vit e. Any idea why they increase in size with sex or masturbation at all? They look the worst then. Appreciate your help btw

They somewhat increase in size after sex or masturbation, as if they are puffed up. My first thought was friction however I’ve had no problems with underwear rubbing etc

Tbh I only came across it earlier. Basically just a build up of fluid that comes and goes. Everywhere else is smooth apart from these bumps
