Why do you not want to go to a doctor?
You do not need to be embarrassed about seeing a doctor.Doctors are there to help you and they see penises every day.
You need to find out what this is, at least for your own peace of mind.
If it is something bad, the sooner it is dealt with, the better your chances of curing it.
