Incision above below penis head pain when touch. What we called that?

Hello everyone. Im new here. And i do understood rules about no more posting pictures here.

But im curious and need guidance too. Im on day 12 of circumcisions due to my phimosis reasons.

The erection, stitches doesn't falls, is still going on, thats ok.

but what really bothering me is pain on incision area (not exactly at incision but above stitches and below penis head ) bumps area. I dont know to call that. Pain when i touch. Not as pain as day 1 but the pain still there and some of yellowish inside. Only pain when i touch.

Is it normal or infection or what? I wanted to show my progression but i aware of the rules here. Help me

I think the area you described is called 'frenulum' area and it will normally heal last, if your surgeon has cut it or part of it off.

Nope. No its not frenulum as i know frenulum is at the back of penis as it heals quite moments. Mine, im referring at part between glans penis and stitches. (in front) .

Please - no pics. The area does not have a specific name it is just the remnant of the inner foreskin. You are very early in the healing period so perhaps patience is required. If it suddenly swell or you have white smelly pus then see your doctor again.
